We at RHZ would like to offer to someone in the Alliance/Sebring area 2 tickets to Harvesting Hope 1st Annual Harvesting Hope Sportsman’s Dinner at Almost Home Event Center in Sebring. "Entry ticket includes unlimited non alcoholic beverages, appetizers, dinner, and dessert. Entry into door prize drawing for a chance to win a mystery item, 50/50 raffle, silent auction, raffles, sporting merchandise for sale and more….If you over 21 you may bring your own beverages to enjoy. Tickets are limited to 150 attendees."
We bought 2 tickets in order to support feeding those in need - the demand right now for food assistance in our area is very high, and this organization is helping a lot of people.

About to install the updated PLC program. This is a SLC5/03 upgrade to a 5069 series Compactlogix processor using firmware version 30.014. The original HMI, one of the ubiquitous PanelView 550 series, is now a stunning PV Plus 7.
I converted the original 8-channel TC input card to a pair of IY4s, removed the original Modbus module (replacing it with a standalone Prosoft PLX31 series), and added a VPN router for remote connectivity.

In addition to this, I've added a complete messaging routine to give plant personnel a daily status update, along with fault notifications, and will probably throw in a programmable auto-start - after all, it is the holiday season.

One week ago we were simultaneously baking out two RTOs (Regenerative Thermal Oxidizers). It's hard to believe that in 2007 the OEM told this customer their media was near its end of life.
RHZ offered an alternative, installed all the hardware, and wrote the software. And here we are, 16 years and the equivalent of three media change outs later. In the process this saved this customer over $6 million in Capital expenditures. This improved their bottom line, and allowed them to use the funds to generate additional revenue streams.

There are two of these data entry screens. These screens allow plant personnel to enter up to 372 readings over a four month period.
Attention to detail is critical when working with RIN Credits.
