Redone countertop at a convenient store Stuckeys/Dairy Queen in Old Fort, this was a loss for me because I was not paid fully for my work and time. Time that I could have spent with my son and wife, or I could have started another job.

Will be assisting me on jobs im fair Im the type of boss that will cut up with you. Have a great time but i expect you to be able to work at the same time im not an uptight boss but i can be if i feel u take it to far or see ur waisting my time. I dont mind for u to share ur opinion you may have a better way. But if it involves taking ur time or tearing something up to do it or its going to take longer dont bother saying it. I dont mind if u say it before the job starts i like to walk around a job site and get an idea on what way is faster and what would look best most clients i get want my opinion if u want to voice yours please by all means i font mind be respectful about it no cursing or volger talk on job site what you do at home is your business i want interfere unless it intervenes with my job sites or my life some job's we have to do late night starts due to customers not wanting to shut down business i understand they inturn understand with us but i need a few people that is willing to help me grow knows what and how to lay tile and install countertops as well as refabricate an old into new have you own drill or impact and tape measure i supply the rest on job site. And absolutely no talking with clients unless spoken to or if ur infront of me most have kid's or a family they will protect at all cost i would be the same i want experienced tile installers and experienced countertop installers i dont put up with back talk i ask i expect it to be done no lip u agree to the pay then you agree to the work i see how you do se what you know i will pay you more no problems no questions it starts out at 10hr first day so i know if ur being honest with me i have my name and business to up hold a great name for myself so far its top notch I will inspect every piece down to the half inch piece i want perfection i Do Guarantee my work so please experienced ppl only. Newest job upper cabinet's came in yesterday morning and going up and I have to say great combination with colors hung resest lights had to run new water lines for washer dryer and fridge new wiring throughout almost done
