Over 32 years with Parks. What does that actually look like?

For Rob, it looks like the people.

"We're like family here... there's people here I consider my brothers and sisters, I've known forever."

It also looks like a career that made room for life. Rob was there for his three kids' games and field trips, handled school drop-offs and pick-ups, and spent 16 years coaching youth football — all while building three decades at Parks.
