M. Jones Heating and Cooling INC is looking for a full-time Service Dispatcher to join our growing team!

We’re looking for someone who is organized, dependable, fast-paced, and great with communication. This role is a huge part of keeping our technicians and customers taken care of throughout the day.

Responsibilities:
• Dispatch and schedule service calls
• Communicate with technicians throughout the day
• Answer incoming customer calls professionally
• Manage scheduling changes and priority calls
• Keep customers updated on arrival times
• Assist with office coordination and workflow
• Enter notes/invoices accurately in our system

Requirements:
• Strong communication and multitasking skills
• Ability to stay calm under pressure
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Computer experience required
• HVAC or dispatching experience preferred (but willing to train the right person)
• Must work well with a team
