Horizon Construction is proud to be finalizing a 19-acre, multi-parcel development in Punta Gorda, Florida, featuring eight distinct lots and three multi-tenant retail shells, including Chipotle.

A big shoutout to the Horizon team for their hard work and dedication throughout this project. Special recognition goes to Mike N., Superintendent; Roy T., Project Manager; and Rebecca G., Project Coordinator for their leadership, coordination, and commitment to bringing this development across the finish line.

We’d also like to recognize York H., Assistant Superintendent, for his support and assistance with the Chipotle buildout.

Project Spotlight | CFA Vann Drive RELO
What’s a RELO, you might ask?
A RELO is the relocation of a new construction build. In this case, Chick-fil-A selected a larger property with improved traffic flow, located right across the street from the existing restaurant.
Our team built the new location while the current restaurant continued operating. Then, just before completion, operations were moved into the new building, helping limit the sales interruption to about one week.
Projects like this take detailed planning, strong coordination, and a team that knows how to keep things moving.
Proud to be part of this one in Jackson, TN. Great job, team!

Truth in Nature is an outdoor ministry that mentors fatherless boys through faith, outdoor experiences, and positive role models. We’re grateful to support this meaningful mission and proud of our team for showing up to make a difference.

Project Spotlight: Chick-fil-A Reinvestment | Southington, CT

Horizon Construction recently completed a unique reinvestment project for Chick-fil-A in Southington, CT, adding a new Face-to-Face order point canopy and a Tormax drive-thru door.

This was a challenging project with a tight operational window, but our team kept the drive-thru closure to just 14 days while the dining room stayed open and serving guests throughout the entire project.
