Not every roof replacement estimate is built the same.

Two estimates can both say “roof replacement,” but that does not mean they include the same scope of work, the same materials, the same installation details, or the same customer experience.

When a homeowner is investing in a new roof, the details matter.

What underlayment is included?
What flashing is being replaced?
What ventilation is being addressed?
What warranty is being offered?
What brand system is being installed?

If a roof is being installed with Owens Corning shingles, we believe the supporting products should also be Owens Corning where applicable. If it is a GAF system, the same idea applies. A roof is not just shingles. It is a full system.

But the product is only part of the decision.

The process matters too.

Communication matters. Documentation matters. Customer service matters. Knowing what is happening before, during, and after the project matters.
