In celebration of Women in Construction Week, we’re proud to spotlight two incredible women who help keep our company strong behind the scenes on our Risk team: Nancy Bienvenu-Bell and Betsy Covington.

Nancy, our Director of Administration, wears many hats as Risk Manager, ESOP Administrator, and Corporate Accountant, bringing expertise, leadership, and steady guidance to our organization every day.

Betsy, our Contract Manager, ensures our projects are protected and positioned for success with her attention to detail and deep knowledge of contracts.

During Women in Construction Week, we celebrate the knowledge, strength, and impact of women across our industry, and we’re grateful for the contributions Nancy and Betsy make every single day.

Proud of the work we get to do and the teams who make it happen.

From late 2024 through early 2025, our team completed the SRS Abilene project, a 15,500 sq. ft. ground up warehouse with a 1,500 sq. ft. conditioned office and showroom space. The site sits on 5 acres with nearly 3 acres of concrete paving to support long term operations and growth.

Projects like this reflect the dedication, craftsmanship, and collaboration that go into every build.
