One of my favorite parts of any exterior remodel is watching the first major pieces come together.

This new front door is in, but we’re still a long way from the finished product. The siding isn’t on yet, the trim isn’t complete, and there’s still a lot of work ahead.

By the time we’re done, this home will have new pergolas, gutters, lighting, landscaping, hardscaping, fresh paint, and a completely refreshed front elevation.

It’s always fun seeing the transformation happen one step at a time. Stay tuned for the before and after.

Every cavity insulated, every batt cut to fit, and no gaps or excessive compression. Taking the time to install insulation correctly helps the home perform as intended and avoids problems hidden behind the drywall.

This primary shower floor is being recessed to create a true zero-entry shower—eliminating the curb while maintaining proper drainage and waterproofing. The result is a cleaner aesthetic, improved accessibility, and a more luxurious experience.

At the same time, rough plumbing is being installed to support the layout and ensure everything works together exactly as designed.
