Please join us in celebrating Newcomb Spring of Carolina's Aliusha and Hassani on their 5 years with the company!

Ali works as a secondary operator. Her job consists of varying secondary operations such as presetting springs, tucking ends, adding hooks, etc. She works hard no matter the station she's at and we're glad she's on the team!

Hassani is the quality manager in Carolina. She helps make sure our parts get out the door meeting the high-quality standards our customers have come to expect. Thank you, Hassani, for all you do!

Welcome back to !

Joey helped out our packing and shipping teams today to get some products out the door! He started by packing a box of 50 rings, then moved over to finish labeling and securing the box. Finally, he celebrated a good day of work and waved goodbye as the box left to its next destination.

He learned that packing and shipping takes a lot of attention to detail. From weigh counting springs to ensuring it goes to the correct place, it's hard work. We appreciate our packing and shipping teams across the company that work diligently to get our products where they need to be!

Gabriel works as a quality & mechanical engineer. He began as a student intern while pursuing his degree, and continued on with us after graduation. Thanks for your dedication these past 5 years, Gabriel! Here's to 25 more!

Colton is a coiling setup tech & operator. He helps prepare our jobs to run on the machines and then operates them, checking to make sure the programming he setup is accurately manufacturing springs in spec. Thanks for your hard work, Colton!

Chris works as one of TN's shipping clerks. He works hard to get our customer's orders out the door accurately and packaged appropriately for travel. It's clear to anyone that works with him that he takes pride in what he does. Thanks for your diligence, Chris, we appreciate you!
