Letter from the President
In June 2001 Aebi New England, LLC was formed to become an Aebi Tractor Dealer to serve the New England Region. We were the first solely dedicated Aebi Tractor dealer in North America and we are currently one of four Distributors in the USA. Through the years Aebi New England, LLC has experienced growth, change and diversity of products, however we remain a small family operated business.
As our business has grown and evolved, on 1 January 2014 I made a major organizational change to the structure of the company and Aebi New England, LLC is now a woman owned minority business. As majority owner and President, I control and manage the day-to-day operations, formulate policy, set direction for continued growth, sales and administrative functions. My position as President of Aebi New England, LLC is my full time position and is my sole company and business. I have no other interests in any other business concerns. Aebi New England, LLC is a totally independent company.
While our customers’ needs have not substantially changed the technologies and productivity of our equipment have advanced tremendously. Recognizing the direction and technology in the Aebi equipment we chose to incorporate the Menzi Muck equipment into our product line as it also represents solutions to unique challenges. Training is continuously on-going to excel in knowledge for the sale and service of our equipment.
My Mission/History: Early on I channeled our energies into not being the biggest, but rather the best with our exceptional quality product offerings and support of our product lines. I strive for excellence in providing knowledgeable, courteous, professional service. As part of our commitment of excellent customer service, I implemented a bar coding system for our over 7000+ part numbers for greater efficiency and accuracy of inventory control. Our experiences, staffing and commitment to a teamwork approach gives Aebi New England, LLC the ability to accomplish our goals.
