Wind & Solar Specialists, a division of Anemometry Specialists, a full-service small wind and solar company, based in Alta, IA has an immediate opening for a local Technician.
We are currently looking for someone who is excited about the solar energy industry, is a team player, and has the desire to learn.
Most of our training is done on the job, however, we’re looking for someone who is comfortable climbing ladders to get on a roof, can work at heights throughout the work day, and has some construction experience. Electrical knowledge and PV (photovoltaic) knowledge is preferred.
Candidates must possess a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record for the past 5 years, and must be able to pass drug/alcohol testing.
