Our field partners have been working 7 days a week to support a major industrial shutdown, demonstrating an incredible commitment to our customers, their teammates, and the work they do every day.

As a small way to show our appreciation, we recently hosted a cookout for the team! The afternoon was filled with good food, smiles, fellowship, and raffle prizes — but most importantly, it gave our partners a chance to take a well-deserved break and celebrate their hard work.

Recently, we had the opportunity to host a cookout for our partners at the Chatham Elementary jobsite as a small way to say thank you for their dedication and hard work!

For weeks, this team has been putting in 6- and 7-day work weeks with 10-hour shifts to keep the project moving forward. Their commitment, teamwork, and willingness to go the extra mile have not gone unnoticed.

We enjoyed hamburgers, hot dogs, laughter, fellowship, and raffle prizes, but most importantly, it gave us an opportunity to recognize the incredible effort this team has put into the project.

To everyone working on the Chatham Elementary project, thank you! We’re grateful for your hard work, your dedication, and everything you do to keep the project moving forward.

Our Mechanical and Plumbing teams recently reached an exciting milestone at the Virginia Tech New Business Building (VT NBB) project!

As part of the project’s full MEP scope, our team completed a major crane operation to lift HVAC units, boilers, pumps, piping, ductwork, and other critical equipment to the building’s top floor.

The operation was originally planned as a seven-day crane week. Thanks to careful preparation, strong coordination, and a continued focus on safety, our team successfully completed the work in just three days!

This accomplishment was made possible through the leadership of Shane Johnson, Chris Perrow, and Chris Grace, along with the hard work and support of Kenneth Tanner, Travis Clisso, Peter Ballotta, Johnathan Lightner, Auvin Witt, and every partner who contributed to the effort.

We’re proud of this team and the way they continue to demonstrate what’s possible when skilled people come together, plan well, and work toward a common goal. 👏
