Here's a house in Ankeny that we renovated for Zac Clark and Julie Clark. This house required significant restoration. Installed four new windows in front. And repair what Window World did SMH. We installed color-matched Hardie plank siding with a gray lap siding and black trim finish. Below are before and after photographs. We gave them the no spider and bat guarantee:-)

I have a 16x7 dump trailer and 4 foot walls ready to be filled with trash. I charge $150 per dump Plus landfill fee. Construction/ metal scraps/ household items. I can drop it off you can fill it up yourself.

A pre-finished random length tongue and groove ceiling, with scribes on the trim to fit tight to the stone work. Turned out great. Another happy homeowner.

The existing deck was in a state of disrepair, with rotting boards and an uneven beam. We upgraded it with Westbury railing and composite decking, resulting in a satisfactory outcome for the Doubek family and no subsequent complaints.💯
