I never understood why subcontractors use the metal strapping to hang the furnaces and coils in the attic??

There is so much that can go wrong at any moment with the strapping coming loose or screws pulling out of both the rafters or the metal units themselves.

I have had them come loose and fall when servicing them after years of being there.

I personally use the Hung Rite system to better support the weight of the units for the complete lifetime of them. Also helps better level and pitch the units a 1/4" per foot to allow the condensation drain pans to drain properly.

Hello everyone I'd like to introduce my 1st year Apprentice. Brian is a former Marine and local resident of Burleson, Texas. He is currently enrolled in his first year of school at Tarrant County College.
Brian will be gaining his Associates degree in
Air Conditioning, Heating and Refrigeration Service, Repair and Installation for both Commercial and Residential.

I am excited to work along with Brian, training and teaching him all the things I have learned over the years in this trade that has helped me throughout my career.

When Brian and I first met I was very impressed with his manners, his ethics, his personality and overall demeanor. He will absolutely carry the torch with the integrity that I bring to customer service.

I am hiring full-time immediately the right person to be my right hand man.

Must be willing to put in an 8 hour workday.

Will be helping with multiple things.

- Helping me run HVAC service calls and more as needed.

- Willing to do multiple handyman jobs such as mow, w**d eat, trim trees, clear brush and hall off, help keep a few local properties maintained and much more.

Days will be focused running AC service calls.
When there aren't any service calls for the day then be willing to work doing whatever is needed to help me out for the day.

* $120-$200+ per day based on a 5 day work week and experience.

* Service Truck and tools provided.

- Must be handy and willing to learn.
- Training provided and will always have technical support.
- Truck and most tools provided.
- Clean Driving Record
- Must be able to pass criminal state and federal background checks.
