🏗️ Shop Update Time! 🏗️

The spray foam insulation is complete, and we're now sheeting the walls with OSB. Next up is the electrical work, and after that we'll be getting really close to the finish line!

This project is coming together fast, and we can't wait to show you the final result. Stay tuned for a full video walkthrough once everything is complete.

We’re a little delayed with this update, but here we are — fully framed and ready for inspection.

Once framing inspection is complete, we’ll be moving into the rough-in stage, starting with plumbing, followed by electrical and HVAC.

Framing is one of the most important stages of any build. A quality framing crew sets the foundation for every trade that comes after them. When the framing is done right, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, drywall, and finishes all go smoother and more efficiently.

Lot 52 in Creekside Bend is really starting to come to life, and the crew is making great progress. Framing is wrapping up, and next up will be rough-in plumbing, electrical, and HVAC.

Framing is officially underway on a custom build in Creekside Bend.

From the time a lot is secured, it typically takes about 3–4 weeks to finalize plot plans and permits before breaking ground. We’ve put together a few photos to fast-track you through that process and bring you right up to the framing stage. Stay tuned as this one continues to come together.

Framing time is finally here đź’Ş
After a few weeks of waiting on trusses, we’re back in action and making real progress. The build is starting to take shape, and it won’t be long before this turns into a full structure.

Update time

The crew did an excellent job placing and finishing the slab, and the results speak for themselves.

We’ll allow about a week for proper curing while we coordinate materials, including lumber and trusses, and prepare our framing crew for the next phase.
