Two angles, one weld.

This side-by-side view shows one of our welders working on a support grid, front and back. It gives a good look at the control and consistency that goes into every joint.

Our shop has more than 50 welding stations, each with bulk gases piped directly to the station. Our welders also have mobile tool stations, so they can easily move to the project instead of moving the project to them.

That's why we open our doors to Houston-area students and teachers. Visitors get a firsthand look at a world-class fabrication shop. They meet our team, learn about career paths, and see advanced equipment in action.

We're looking for a Production Manager to lead our manufacturing facility in Alvin, Texas.

This role oversees the full production process, scheduling, cost control, safety, and quality, while managing the foremen, supervisors, maintenance and inventory teams that keep our fabrication shop running.

You’ll set the pace for daily production priorities, champion a safety-first culture, and mentor the people who make WMP’s products.
