We wrapped up our new part launch week with two more days of activities!

Wednesday was Launch Prize Drop, with prizes given away every hour from 7 AM to 5 PM, including gift cards and PTO.

Thursday was Breakfast of Champions, with muffins, donuts, juice, and breakfast sandwiches to start the day. A huge shout-out to Bailey (and her team) at the Lancaster McDonald’s for helping make breakfast happen!

Thanks to everyone who helped make this week happen as we celebrate the next phase of the launch.

Our new part launch week is underway!

We kicked things off Monday with a Sweet Start to Something Big with some ice cream, followed by Fueling the Launch on Tuesday with hot dogs, chips, and cookies.

A little something to break up the workday as we keep this launch moving!

More from launch week coming soon.

Yesterday, we said goodbye to Jeff as he wrapped up 13 years with Mid West and officially retired.

From the projects, challenges, and everyday work that filled those years, Jeff has been a part of a lot of what makes up our company today.

We appreciate the 13 years he spent with us and wish him all the best in retirement!

Happy Retirement, Jeff!

Quarter Century Club Dinner!

Last Friday, we gathered at the Ale House for our annual Quarter Century Club Dinner, a special evening celebrating the Team Members who have reached 25+ years with Mid West Fabricating, both past and present.

We were also happy to have family members join us for the evening, making the celebration even more special. And this year, we had two special birthdays to celebrate, too!

We’re grateful to have the opportunity to celebrate this incredible group, and all the people who have been part of their journey along the way.
