Quarter Century Club Dinner!

Last Friday, we gathered at the Ale House for our annual Quarter Century Club Dinner, a special evening celebrating the Team Members who have reached 25+ years with Mid West Fabricating, both past and present.

We were also happy to have family members join us for the evening, making the celebration even more special. And this year, we had two special birthdays to celebrate, too!

We’re grateful to have the opportunity to celebrate this incredible group, and all the people who have been part of their journey along the way.

At Mid West, we try to live our core values every day. One of those values is We Care, and supporting our local communities has always been an important part of who we are.

We recently started a new initiative that gives our Team Members an opportunity to get involved and help support local organizations as well. For our first collection, we chose to support the Fairfield County Dog Shelter.

We set up a donation bin at our facility, and we’re so thankful to all of our Team Members who donated! Edd dropped off what we’ve collected so far.

We’re happy to continue supporting our local community and give our Team Members another way to be involved.

Today we celebrate an incredible milestone as Kathy retires after 30 years with Mid West.

For three decades, Kathy has been a valued member of our team, bringing dedication, experience, and commitment to everything she did.

As a fitting sendoff, Kathy is cashing in the last of her Kudos Coins for one final lunch with her Team Lead, Justin, a well-earned reward before beginning her next chapter.

Thank you, Kathy, for 30 years of hard work and dedication. We wish you all the best in retirement and hope it's filled with happiness, relaxation, and new adventures.

Breaking News: Kathy finally spent some of her Kudos Coins!

After years of saving, Kathy decided retirement was the perfect time to cash in a few of her hard-earned Kudos Coins for lunch with our CEO, Jennifer, at Tavern 22.
