Today we celebrated a very special milestone - Luther’s retirement after 42 years with Mid West Fabricating.
Over the years, Luther has made a lasting impact through his hard work, dedication, and commitment to our team. Today, we were honored to celebrate him with cupcakes, a brick laying ceremony, and the presentation of a retirement clock to recognize his incredible years of service.
While Luther is officially retiring today, we’re happy to share that he’ll still be around on a part-time basis, so this isn’t a full goodbye just yet!
We also had the opportunity to hold Terry’s brick laying ceremony today as well, which had previously been postponed due to weather. We’re grateful we could recognize and celebrate both of these important milestones together.
Thank you, Luther and Terry, for the years you’ve given to Mid West. Your dedication has helped shape who we are.
