The two were committed to providing strategically sensitive and technically complex engineering services with an emphasis on project leadership. They were joined by Vincent O’Brien, PE, in 2007. They are supported by a senior management staff, all industry leaders in clean, compliant facility design and facility/campus utility infrastructure planning. We're proud to share that Precis has been ranked #235 on the Building Design+Construction 2026 Top 400 Building Design Firms list.

The ranking is based on data submitted through the 2026 Giants 400 survey, which included nearly 600 AEC firms across the U.S. and Canada. Firms were evaluated based on revenue from commercial, institutional, multifamily, and industrial building projects.

Our Ambler office was proud to partner with Cradles To Crayons Philadelphia for our 6th annual Back-to-School Drive.

Together with our team and Hatch LTK, we collected backpacks and school supplies to help approximately 80 students start the school year ready to learn and succeed.

A highlight of the drive was touring the Philadelphia Giving Factory and seeing firsthand how Cradles to Crayons transforms donations into meaningful impact.
