Bronco Industrial Services today announced the acquisition of Allison Offshore Services and Allison Marine Contractors. The acquisition expands Bronco’s Gulf Coast footprint and adds a 42-acre waterfront fabrication yard situated on the Intracoastal Waterway in Amelia, Louisiana, featuring deep-water and load-out access directly to the Gulf of Mexico. The combined companies will operate under the Bronco Energy Services brand.

“This acquisition marks a pivotal milestone in Bronco’s continued growth,” said Jerome Perque, President of Bronco Energy Services. “By integrating Allison’s proven offshore and marine expertise with Bronco’s onshore and industrial fabrication strength, we’ve created a complete service platform capable of supporting projects from inland facilities to offshore installations.”
