Client, an experienced Construction women, 34 year Naval Veteran knows what she's looking at and has performed the work multiple times herself and chose Mae systems llc for her bathroom remodel, after the original builder of her condo Construction Omission finally came to light. Her shower base collapsed and failed. The original builder left the concrete missing in what appears to be a plumbing repair/ realignment adjustment post slab placement We chose to perform this Hybrid remodel in a design build mode. Starting as a hard bid with complete discloser of line item costs, allowing the owner to engineer the design and choose costs in conjunction with her budget. Mae systems enlarged the existing shower without robbing the bathroom footprint Reworked drains to accommodate a larger shower pan. Placed new concrete and installed New Kohler Sterling Fiberglass base.Harti "Tile" board and Schluter system water proofing Porcelain large format (2'x4' tiles) were set incorporating a Niche and glass Shelf. Grab bars to grip if needed along with a new easy glide dampening Glazing system by Delta. Phase one also included New Duralux LVP flooring laid on 1/2 bond pattern and accent moldings. The missing mirror was donated to a local youth Dance studio per clients request. Our client is extremely happy that we identified and accommodated this out of sequence request, without making a mess for her space.

Mae systems will return in a month or so to remove, raise and paint cabinets, new hardware, Vanity tops, faucets are also on the horizon along with Color pallet updates to flow or accent the new tiles.

Our latest project, this amazing refreshing bathroom remodel!
Stunning upgrades were made to this 90’s style bathroom to help finish off the perfect flo for a relaxing self-care oasis. My favorite part is the shower head and vanity mirror that has led lighting! What’s yours?

Bellow are the upgrades and finishes that were made

🔨 Upgrade the shower tower, replace some hardware, chemically etch the base to like new condition, touch up grout at shower and garden tub.

🔨Refresh all drywall and paint.

🔨Remove replace 90’s style vanities and upgrade all plumbing supplies and drains new quart tops with book end splash (when the vanes match) delta faucets to match the tub, new electricitied mirrors and med cabinets,
Upgraded 90’s cans to LED dimmable can lights.
Acid etch floor tile for refresh.
LVP marble flooring in his and hers walk in closets.
