Hello!
It's been awhile since I've posted something on my business page, so let me reintroduce myself and my business Jack Morris Janitorial Supply.

My name is Hollie Baxter. I am the sole owner. I purchased the business in March of 2010, just 2 years after I started working for the previous owners. I am married to Travis who is a great help and support behind the scenes from; picking up supplies, lifting heavy boxes, doing anything that's asked of him really (he has a real job too you know haha). We have three amazing kids whom we are very proud of and who are helpful in their own ways as well. Spencer is the oldest and has helped me quite a bit after I purchased the business. He maintains the email and behind the scenes techy stuff. Skylar is the second boy and busy with his own life. He did give us our only grandchild (so far!) whom I LOVE so so much. Then Sydnie, she's been with me at JackMorris since she was 5. She has been my sidekick and delivery partner for many years after scaling back and moving the business to our home.

I have always appreciated all things clean (& organized). There is just something energetically amazing and peaceful about a clean space!

I love teaching people about the products that I sell, especially the products that I personally use and know work.

Did you know that I started a refill program back when I had the retail store downtown near the post office? Yep! I hated seeing so much waste with the spray bottles. Especially when the spray bottles were still in very good condition and I knew they would last many, many more years. They program is simple. Customers can bring their spray bottles back that they had originally purchased from me and can get a refill of that same product for a $1.99 plus tax. I still offer that today- by appointment of course.

In the fall of 2017 we moved the business to our home. It was a hard transition yet one that has allowed flexibility in my schedule. I still deliver to my commercial accounts once or twice a week. I love seeing and interacting with them.

I REALLY miss the retail store and all of the walk-in customers that I've met over the years. Many have become my friends and I'm so grateful for that.

Over the next several weeks and months, I'm going to be posting products that I sell to help reintroduce what's available. I'll also be working on a business website that you can order directly from.
