Job Title:
Outside Sales Engineer (www.rwbaron.com)
Description:
Engineered Sales of Industrial pumps, vacuum pumps, mixers, heat exchangers, and water treatment systems. This is a key sales position.
Job Purpose:
Promote, sell and service all manufactures and products represented by R.W. Baron Process Equipment. Support and strengthen existing business while identifying and building new business relationships. RWB is well established throughout Wisconsin and the Upper Peninsula of Michigan.
Responsibilities:
Support existing established sales territory
Develop new customers (cold calling)
Identify sales opportunities and solution sales
Prepare sales presentations and proposals
Call on local end users, engineers, and system integrators
Sell represented products and solutions
Gain full knowledge of represented product line
Become local expert on represented products
Customer after sale support and follow-up

Experience:
Must have a strong ability to sell products so previous sales experience required
Having knowledge of rotating equipment, water treatment systems or process design would be preferred but training is available for the right individual.
