Night Shift Operator
We are looking for a Full-time dependable Night Shift Operator to support overnight operations. This role involves operating and monitoring equipment, completing assigned tasks, checking quality, and maintaining a safe, clean work area. The ideal candidate is attentive, reliable, and comfortable working with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate equipment and follow established procedures.
- Monitor operations and report equipment issues, hazards, or delays.
- Perform routine quality checks and record accurate production or activity information.
- Follow safety procedures and wear required protective equipment.
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and ready for the next shift.
- Complete shift handovers, communicating outstanding tasks and concerns.
- Work with team members and supervisors to meet shift goals.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in operations, manufacturing, or a similar environment preferred.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Strong attention to detail and basic problem-solving skills.
- Reliable attendance and the ability to work scheduled overnight hours.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to complete required training.
Working Conditions:
