Philip W. Paladino Sr., founder of Eagle Scaffolding, Co., passed away peacefully today surrounded by his loving wife and his four children. Known in the scaffolding industry as Phil, he began his career in the industry painting frames at age 14 and then after serving in the Air Force, he worked in the scaffolding industry for 27 years before opening his own company. Phil was a loving husband, father, father in-law, grandfather, and great grandfather, and his kindness and sense of humor will be missed.
