The foundation is taking shape at the new Citizens Community Bank in St. Anthony.

Over the years, our team has successfully delivered numerous bank and credit union projects throughout the region. While every project is unique, financial institutions share many specialized requirements, and that experience helps us anticipate challenges, coordinate efficiently, and keep projects moving forward.

We're excited to add another great banking facility to our portfolio and look forward to seeing this one come out of the ground.

A little GC perspective…

I’ve always found it interesting when owners think a contractor has to have built their exact type of project before to be successful.

Does it help? Sure. But at the end of the day, construction is construction.

The trades need the technical expertise in their scopes. Our responsibility as the GC is to communicate, coordinate, schedule, solve problems, and keep the entire project moving.

I’m talking about that in this video while walking our four-story mass timber building which is something we had never done before. And honestly, it’s going really well because strong project management fundamentals translate across every type of project.

That’s what great construction management looks like.

Big milestone at the Modern Home project.
Tilt-up wall panels are officially up. Huge credit to our concrete team at Mills Concrete for the coordination and precision it takes to make pours and picks like this happen safely and efficiently. Excited to keep this project moving forward.

We recently wrapped up the renovation of the Camas Grill at the Shoshone-Bannock Casino Hotel in Blackfoot.

This was a great project with a great team. The owner was excellent to work with from start to finish.

Another project getting underway.

We’re excited to be building the new Modern Home furniture store in Pocatello. We had the opportunity to build their Idaho Falls location several years ago, and we’re grateful to be working with them again as they expand to a second store.

This project will be a concrete tilt-up structure, and construction is now underway. Keep an eye on this one as it comes out of the ground over the next few months.

Modern Home is planning to open later this summer, so if you’re in the market for new furniture, make sure to plan a visit once the doors open.
