We are doing a little demo and deck rebuild. The home owners father designed the original deck and had family help work on it over 30 years ago (pressure treated wood was good back then). We are replicating but updating the deck, we also cut some parts off to save for her to use in other places. More pictures to come!

Another major transformation completed as part of this full home remodel.

We completely gutted this bathroom down to the studs and rebuilt it from the ground up — new plumbing, electrical, waterproofing, custom tile work, fixtures, trim, and finishes throughout.

The goal was to create a space that was clean, timeless, and high-end while still warm and inviting.

Stephen knocked it out of the park again today... He installed this custom compass rose inlay on a deck we built last year up at Great Sacandaga Lake, and it completely transformed the space. The craftsmanship and attention to detail on this piece are unreal.

We removed an old jet tub and installed a new tiled shower with schluter waterproof membrane. We had to reframe the walls to make them square and plumb. We ran new plumbing for a 2" drain and new copper supply lines for the mixer valve and diverter.

What do you think about the tile, layout and color. Its not finished but I like it. Bronze/brass hardware and green tile...
