A couple from Anacortes, Darren and Jennifer, invited me over to their place to see if I could help them figure out how to add onto their log cabin without making it look like we added onto their log cabin.
The requests were:
Need a true primary bedroom, bath and closet
Need a garage instead of a carport.
Need an office space for Darren
Need a shop for Darren
The lot created some challenges.
I took some photos and notes and went home to think on it. About 2 days later, a solution popped into my head. They approved my concept so I started designing.
What we ended up with is more like what it should have been from the original build.
