The village rule is 200 square feet maximum, so I made it 12x16, with 8'6" walls. The window was custom, so I could have a workbench under it.

We provided interior design, and site-supervision for this remodel project. The design process included, mechanical systems updating, lighting selection and placement, wall treatment design, and color selection. Sub contractor coordination provided for HVAC, electrical, acoustical ceiling, finish carpentry, painting, and drywall trades.
