Pre-Pilot Preparation (Complete 1–2 Weeks Before Additive Deployment)
1. Equipment Inspection
☐ Engine Health Check:

Verify no active check engine lights or oil pressure warnings.

Document any existing leaks (valve covers, oil pan).

☐ Oil System Baseline:

Collect pre-additive oil sample (send to lab for Fe/Cu/Pb ppm).

Record current oil brand/weight (e.g., Shell Rotella 15W-40).

☐ Fuel System:

Drain water separators.

Note current fuel additives in use (if any).

2. Cold-Weather Setup
☐ Block Heaters:

Confirm all trucks have functional heaters (test at -20°F).

Label trucks with outlet locations for drivers.
