Construction/Project Manager, foreman managing a two person crew of construction laborers.
Must be able to write estimates and identify/shop for specific materials for potential jobs or worksites. Must be able to make quick decisions to solve problems on the job. Must know how to use various tools and have thorough knowledge of materials used to do various construction projects to include but are not limited to: hand tools, power tools, skill saws, power drills and drivers, table saws, and personal protection equipment.
Flooring: carpet, tile, wood, vinyl, and laminate.
Interior and exterior walls: drywall, siding, framing and insulation. Paint, trim, and molding.
Kitchen and bathroom: cabinetry, hardware installation, lighting fixture installation, caulking and waterproofing.
Demolition and finish work.
Job requires travel on and off site for hardware and material pick up. Must own a car and have a clean driving record.
Must be professional with every customer providing to their specific needs as included in the jobsite detail.
