📍 Anchorage is home, but our work takes us all over Alaska! 🏗️

From Wasilla, Soldotna, Fairbanks, Kodiak, Ketchikan, Kotzebue, Juneau, Homer, King Salmon, and beyond, we’re grateful for the opportunity to build in communities across our great state.

We can’t wait to see where the next project takes us! 🛠️❄️

👷 Employee Spotlight: Meet Our Superintendent, Travis!

He’s been with Cadence from the very beginning, and we’re lucky to have someone with his experience, knowledge, and willingness to jump in wherever he’s needed. Whether it’s solving a problem, tackling something new, or getting his hands dirty, he’s always ready to take it on. Add in his quick wit and witty attitude, and he definitely keeps things interesting around here! 😂

When he’s not on the job, you can find him enjoying time with his boys.

We’re grateful to have him on the team here at Cadence! 👏

If you’ve spent any time around the local hockey community, you know Ben Boeke has been overdue for some love. 🏒

We’re excited to be doing a few small improvements to help give the rink a much-needed refresh, and even more excited to see the community continue to rally around it.

A big shoutout to Anchorage Community Ice Management, the subs, and all the volunteers who put in the hours to keep hockey thriving here. We’re happy to be a small part of it!

🚨 Throwback to the Guns N’ Hoses game earlier this year! 🚒🏒

We had the opportunity to sponsor Brad Gorham with Team Guns for a great cause! All proceeds from the fundraiser went toward supporting Providence Children’s Hospital, helping make a difference for children and families in our community. ❤️

Now, we want to know... Which team were you cheering for? 👀

Comment 🚓 for Team Guns or🔥 for Team Hoses!

Who doesn’t love a good timelapse? 🎥🚧

Beautiful weather made for a great day on the jobsite! A big thank you to our subcontractor, McKenna Brothers, for doing a great job and helping keep this project moving forward. We also appreciate the support from the entire crew who contributed to making it a productive and successful day.

Great weather, hard work, and a strong team effort — another step forward for this project! ☀️🛣️

Can you guess how many truckloads it took?

Alaska Hut Association invited us to help build the Lars Spurkland Memorial Hut at Spencer Glacier. The cabin honors a life cut too short, and it was an honor to be part of it.

Lars was a husband, son, and friend—a family man who lit up a room. He traveled the world for extreme sports, served as president of the Nordic Skiing Association of Anchorage, and was an avid skier and coach. After he died unexpectedly , his family wanted a lasting way to remember him.

Grand-opening day was clear and beautiful—the perfect first look at the finished hut.
