Please disconnect your hose pipes to prevent a freeze burst in your hose spigot!
For additional freeze protection and peace of mind, pickup a cheap insulated hose bib cover from the hardware store.

And if you think something might be a problem, give me a call right away. Itā€™s always cheaper to fix things sooner than later ļæ¼

PSA for this hot summer!!

Iā€™ve been doing a lot of preventable repairs from sprinkler overspray damage that include: rotten structural framing, rotten window frames, heavy black mold in walls, ruined insulation, and even damaged roof wood on shorter structures. Itā€™s amazing all the cracks and crevices the water gets into, on all types of siding.

So just to plant the seed in your mindā€¦ Please, please donā€™t water your house! It wonā€™t grow like the surrounding trees šŸ˜›

Itā€™s amazing just how much water damage there can be hiding behind finished surfaces. Certainly getting that job variety...

I love when people send me a Pinterest pic and want it replicated! This ā€œfloating wallā€ is constructed of 2x4ā€™s and 3/8ā€ ply, with a hidden wire chase. Finished with some nifty plastic panels the client found on Amazon, and LEDs on the back of the 3ā€ plywood lip

Really neat way to spice up the entertainment area on a budget!
