Reflecting on 2025 and Looking Ahead to 2026

As we close out 2025, I want to take a moment to reflect on what we’ve accomplished together and share my thoughts as we step into the new year. Every year brings its own challenges and victories—and 2025 was no different. Through it all, one thing has remained my top priority: our people. Safety will always come first at both our US sites. My goal is simple—to make sure every one of you goes home safely to your families and loved ones. That commitment will never change. One of the things I value most is the opportunity to personally thank you for the hard work you do. If you see me coming your way for a handshake, know it’s because I truly appreciate you. You are the reason we succeed as a company. This year, we celebrated some record-breaking achievements, and yes, we faced some tough spots too. That’s the nature of progress—wins and lessons along the way. Now, as the holidays approach, I encourage you to take this time to relax, recharge, and enjoy moments with family and friends. You’ve earned it. When we return in 2026, we’ll come back focused and ready to raise the bar even higher. Together, we’ll drive operational excellence, hit production standards, reduce waste, and set new records as a team. I believe in what we can accomplish—because I believe in you.
