Figuring out how much it would cost to build your dream home can be a complicated thing. The industry standard for contractors is to quote the price of the building only, but that can leave off some considerable elements like septic, sitework, and a driveway, just to name a few.
We do our best to help our clients by giving a more comprehensive idea of the cost, including everything that will be involved. At the end of our pricing meeting we will go through the contract with you, customizing options in order to best suit your budget!
