What an inspiring conference! We attended Thrive Summit 2023 hosted by the North Shore Chamber of Commerce, Inc. yesterday at the Boston Marriott Peabody where we heard truly inspiring stories of perseverance from Keynote Speakers Lt. Governor Kimberley Driscoll and Liz Brunner. Both spoke of not discounting our worth and contributions as well as encouraging us to get involved locally where we could make meaningful impacts in our communities. One of the most significant issues facing the Commonwealth is the housing shortage. With experience in multi-family developments, Stateside is ready to answer the call!

The 440 located directly off Route 3 in Tyngsboro, MA, a short distance from the Pheasant Lane Mall and South Nashua shopping district, is getting a facelift! The project features modern updates to the façade and improvements to the retail layout of Buildings E and F. Roof improvements are already underway!

Final touches are underway at this dynamic multi-family project on Cape Cod. The 53-unit development features modern finishes, smart home technology and rooftop solar. Common area amenities include a dog park, electric vehicle charging stations, outdoor patio with grilling stations, gas firepit and fitness center. Opening March 2023!

The Residence at 850 provides 53 units of housing to an area of Cape Cod that is greatly in need of year-round housing options. The 72,000 SF building is a mix of one and two-bedroom units designed with smart home technology. Reflecting on a great project! As the first mixed-use destination in MetroWest Massachusetts, The Point combines locally owned and operated shops, restaurants, grocery, hotel and entertainment. Anchored by a Market Basket grocery store, the project’s contemporary New England architecture creates a welcoming environment with a village-like atmosphere of interconnected outdoor walkways, hardscapes and beautiful landscaping. Stateside was an integral part of this dynamic development by managing the construction of the initial seven buildings and future phases with Phase I open in the Spring of 2015. The Point continues to be a lively destination for the surrounding communities!
