For all my friends, this is my birthday wish….

I’ve lived in this community for 26 years now, and over those years I’ve had the opportunity to do a lot of different things and meet a LOT of people.

I’m making decisions right now that will affect the last 8 to 10 years before I retire. I’ve also become a bit forgetful, and I like to be reminded of some of the things that I’ve accomplished and built and some relationships. Some of these decisions, I’m making right now might make me appear a little more often in the eyes of all of you.

I’ve owned and operated restaurants, a call center, a tanning salon, a marketing business, a construction company, and now a storage facility. I’ve also worked for other companies along the way and have had the opportunity to build, repair, remodel, create, and hopefully make a positive difference for a lot of people.

As my birthday approaches, I’d really like to do something a little different.

If I’ve ever done work for you, worked with you, done business with you, helped you with a project, or you’ve known me through one of my businesses, I’d love for you to share something with me.

I’d also love to hear:

• How do you know me?

• What do you remember me most for?

• Is there a particular project, business, or experience involving me that stands out in your mind?

• What kind of person have I been to you?

• And if you have a few kind words to share, I’d sure appreciate those too.

And I may regret this, but also I’d love to hear from my soccer and Hockey families.

Being that I am halfway to 108 years old, I want to see and feel some of the stuff that I’ve mentioned above. For me that is more important than the happy birthday Post you might send me in a few days. I’m gonna post the same thing on our Handy Andy home improvements Page on Facebook. I don’t expect you to do it twice. And be honest with you I don’t expect you to do it once. I’m just grateful if you do.
