Today I rebuilt this entire Magic-Pack furnace and AC for an apartment renovation here at my apartment community! Some lucky residents will have a nice quiet, efficient unit to use when they rent their new home. 💯👍

Replaced a leaking gas valve union for the office furnace at my apartment complex today! Smelled some gas and did a leak test to find the union was the cause of a slight leak. I changed out the union and removed the excess pipe thread sealer they weren't suppose to put in the gas valve itself. No more leaks. 👍

Everyday I get no-heat calls for different reasons and every time I solve it myself. Old parts are changed out, wrong wiring is corrected. Simple changes like that make all the difference in the world.
