We've been hard at work getting AC units cleaned for the season.

Wonder why we recommend annual maintenance? Underneath the outside protective grills/panels is your condensing coil. By pulling air through the sides it's also pulling debris, cottonwood and other natural materials to come rest on your coil. This makes it harder for your unit to "breathe" and keeping them clear each season will help your AC run efficiently and not shorten it's lifespan. You can see here the nice "blanket" of dirt/dust/fuzz that's covering this coil. Now it's ready for the cooling season!

No A/C after a power outage?

If your system has a condensate pump on a GFCI plug it may have tripped during even the slightest power fluctuation. This can affect the ability of the A/C to even run due to it being wired into the safety switch on the condensate pump. It's recommended homeowners check this anytime there is a power instability as it may prevent a service call.

Have you ever wondered what it takes to do a rooftop replacement? Thanks to Caleb over at Inclination Engineering, you can get a glimpse! It takes a lot of coordination to make something like this happen between equipment, crane, crews, business and building owners and more. Happy to be a part of the journey on this one!
