The product works. But can it be manufactured at scale?

Sometimes Delta ModTech is brought into a project after Product Development has progressed so far that making changes for high-volume manufacturing becomes difficult.

That doesn’t mean the R&D team did anything wrong. Their job is to develop a product that performs exactly as intended. The challenge is making sure that work doesn’t happen in a vacuum.
