Emergency repair down in gardiner yesterday afternoon. Farmer needed this wheel spindle cut and then welded onto his machine to be able to get his hub and tire back on.

Some frame repair today. Both sides done.

Customer had it all dismantled and cab pulled. This was a gravy frame repair. Probably the easiest one I’ve done so far. A lot nicer to be able to move freely and get to the spots easily.

Customer was very pleased. So was I. Onto the next one. ☝️ 👨‍🏭

Couple before and after shots of this John deer excavator boom from today.

Cleaned up previous repair, gouged and chased some cracking, and welded solid. 3-4 passes on the bottom layer, and then I padded some more horizontally.

Ran a single pass to go over some some gouges that possibly would have become an issue down the road.

These are 2 new butchers hanging hooks I fabricated with the leftover stainless from this morning’s project.

Shady lane farms brought over some stainless steel butcher hooks to the garage that needed some extra support between, to eliminate bending from weight.

Cut new pieces from round stock and welded them in.

Quick little job this afternoon on a log hauler. Couple cracks coming through. Used some good ole 7018 3/32nds for the frame rail. Then switched to some hardwire for the vertical welds. Finished out the top with a 1/8” 7018 cap.

This whole trailer will need new plating done down the whole middle of it.
