Great company. Always helpful and responsive. Wes our tech was awesome, very nice and knowledgeable. He spoke highly of the company for employees and customers and I have not found that to be true with other companies we have had. Wes answered all of my questions and explain everything he was doing. A major snowstorm and extreme cold weather is expected this weekend. If you’re hearing unusual noises, smelling fumes, or noticing anything out of the ordinary with your heating system, we strongly encourage you to call us before the storm hits.

Please keep in mind that during severe weather there may be periods when travel is unsafe and service calls could be delayed. Having a backup heat source—such as a space heater or alternate heating option—is always a smart precaution.
