Pre-Crusher Compactors are often overlooked because of their initial cost — but the real story is in the ROI.

By crushing bulky material in the compaction chamber, a Pre-Crusher can dramatically increase material volume reduction, resulting in fewer hauls and significantly lower transportation costs. One of the most rewarding parts of our business is being a Solutions Provider.
We recently received a request for a very unusual cart dumper application — no forks, no bucket, but an old-style center “ironing board” skid design, dumping horizontally rather than vertically. Not exactly an off-the-shelf application.

Common Sense Engineering vs. Costly Mistakes

At Ace Equipment Company, we base our engineering and design around solving problems our customers bring to us. We designed our 1" solid wear bars on our Self-Contained Compactors because other manufacturers' thinner rails wear out - which can be an expensive repair. Ours don't fail. Ever.

The same can be said for our rear-door mechanical cam-lock ratcheting system - which provides superior clamping pressure and ensures a no-leak seal using only one ratchet. Other manufacturers use two ratchets, which are prone to leaks.

At Ace Equipment Company, we know that quality has a price tag associated with it. It also has an expectation. That is precisely why we've purpose-built our products to outperform the competition. We designed our Self-Contained Compactor to run flawlessly via the Baldor 3hp motor vs. a 5hp motor that others use. Same performance and same compaction force as the 5hp, but uses significantly less power - which saves our customers money. No one else offers this. We use American-made hydraulic cylinders with a .002% failure rate. That's 2 out of every 1,000. Our competitors use cylinders from China or India.
