A meaningful day at JSPM Rajarshi Shahu College of Engineering, Tathawade, as we came together to strengthen our industry–academia partnership.

Our team - Anil Richhariya (CHRO), Virendra Upadhya (Group Lead – Mechanical), Soyel Shaikh (Civil), and Gayatri (HR Executive) — spent time with students, introducing them to the world of Indovance, the opportunities we offer, and what it takes to build a career in the industry. The conversations and interactions also gave us a chance to meet some promising young talent.

The visit marked the formal signing of our MoU with Dr. Avinash M. Badadhe, Director, in the presence of Dr. Saurabh Tayade, TPO, and the JSPM team. We appreciate the warm welcome and look forward to turning this association into meaningful opportunities for learning, industry exposure, and career growth.
