It began as a heating and air conditioning company under the name of Apex Heating and Air Conditioning, Inc. It was owned and operated by my father, Pete V. Seagroves. I started with the company part-time in 1975 and
then went to a full-time position in 1987. My father retired in 1991 and sold Apex Heaitng and Air Conditioning, Inc. to further his retirement. I started Chatham Mechanical Services in 1991 doing electrical work and then merging into the heating and cooling industry. Our focus is to provide you and your family with the best service possible. We understand that the most important thing to you is your family. That’s why we’re dedicated to providing you and your family with all your heating, cooling and electrical needs. We offer sales, service and installation of all brands of heating and cooling products. We offer services with no overtime charges. We offer a cash discount to existing customers for a referral. We respond to all service calls in a timely manner. All service work is pre-approved for cost. The customer approves the work before the repairs are made. Our personal touch gives each customer the specialized service they deserve.
