CenterPointe, a luxury multifamily project by FINFROCK, has received an Excellence in Construction Award from ABC Central Florida.

Completed one month ahead of schedule and within budget, it’s a great example of strong collaboration from start to finish.

Roberto began his FINFROCK career in Production, then transitioned to Quality Control a year later. Now serving as Assistant Quality Control Manager, he helps ensure our precast concrete pieces meet FINFROCK's standards for quality and precision.

Demarcus originally joined FINFROCK at our Belle Glade location in search of a new career opportunity. Since then, he's continued to grow professionally by contributing to several projects and gaining valuable experience along the way.

Honoring a Legacy. Inspiring the Next Generation.

Carlos Ordaz was one of FINFROCK’s original engineers, helping pave the way for much of what we do today. A dedicated engineer and passionate advocate for precast/prestressed concrete, Carlos believed in sharing the possibilities of precast concrete construction and helping others understand the engineering principles behind it.

After Carlos passed away unexpectedly before his planned retirement, his family honored his legacy by establishing the Carlos Ordaz Memorial Fund through the Precast/Prestressed Concrete Institute Foundation to advance precast/prestressed concrete education. The fund supports the University of Georgia’s program, helping introduce engineering students to the innovation and possibilities of precast/prestressed concrete.

This month, Carlos’s family joined representatives from FINFROCK, the PCI Foundation, and the PCI Georgia/Carolinas Chapter at the university for a special student event highlighting how the funding is supporting precast concrete education.

One particularly meaningful moment was seeing a hands-on teaching tool Carlos created using simple two-by-fours to demonstrate the structural flexibility and engineering principles of prestressed concrete. It was a powerful reminder of his ability to make complex concepts tangible and inspire others to learn.

Through programs like this, the PCI Foundation is strengthening connections between academia and industry while helping prepare the next generation of engineers and industry leaders.

Carlos’s impact continues well beyond his years at FINFROCK, carried forward through the students who will shape the future of our industry. His legacy is a reminder that the knowledge we share today helps build what comes next.

Surprise! Yesterday, we recognized Treat Yo’ Self Day 🐎🍿🍬

Our employees knew treats were coming, but didn’t know exactly what was in store. We celebrated with a petting zoo (yes, including a mini horse), homemade popcorn, and plenty of sweets to show appreciation for all they do!

The City of Orlando has selected FINFROCK to negotiate a design-build contract for a proposed parking garage near Inter&Co Stadium and the Kia Center.

With a planned capacity of at least 800 parking spaces and a $35.7 million project budget, the garage is part of the city's broader vision for downtown growth.

We're proud to be considered for an opportunity that will help support Orlando's evolving downtown and look forward to the next steps in the process.
