KENPAT has received two more ABC Eagle Awards for Excellence in Construction.

One was for the Ga***rd Palms Osceola Ballroom. KENPAT installed the ceiling for this 48,505 square foot ballroom. The existing ceiling was removed and replaced with new sub ceilings, finished drywall, and four ornate Glass Fiber Reinforced Gypsum (GFRG) assemblies totaling ±3,200 square feet.

The other was for the Villages Charter High School. This project is a new state-of-the-art charter high school consisting of 15 separate buildings with an interior floor space of 455,311 square feet. Our work included different and distinct ceilings and other features for over 15 different academic centers within the school.

We are proud of these finished projects and are confident these projects will be a monument to the skill that created it.

This new Villages Charter High School in Middleton, Florida, is an amazing project that consists of 15 separate buildings with an interior floor space of 455,311 square feet. Kenpat Central Florida was contracted by Wharton-Smith, Inc., to install 240,000 SF of acoustical ceilings, 2,622 wall panels, and a mixture of 11 different types of specialty ceilings. These included suspended wood panels, linear metal ceilings, metal baffles, curved torsion spring metal systems, and architectural beams.

KENPAT had the opportunity to work on the renovation of the lobby in the main entrance of Osceola Regional Medical Center in Kissimmee, Florida.

Our scope of work included exterior framing, sheathing, AVB, ACM, EIFS, DEFS, interior framing, insulation, blocking, drywall, GFRG, and ACT.

The Burns Sci-Tech High School is coming together!

Located in Jacksonville, Florida, and soon to be completed, once this project is finished the new location will allow students to experience a K-12 education entirely on this campus.

KENPAT’s scope of work included Drywall, FRP and Acoustical Ceilings, Exterior and Interior Framing, sheathing, and finishes.

Pictured is the Edyth Bush Charitable Foundation building. Located in Winter Park, and set to be completed later this year, KENPAT is working hard to finish this new space that will greatly enhance and improve the operations of the Foundation.

KENPAT took on the role of creating this specialty decorative column in the I-4 and 436 overpass in Altamonte Springs, Florida.
Our scope of work included exterior façade, metal framing, FRP panels, and FRP columns.
