There are so many new and unique projects you have us work on. To be able to do all the things that we need to we have flexible equipment. Take this tour through our shop and see some of the machines that we have that help us work on all these projects. Aluminum, stainless, or carbon steel, these machines are capable of so many different processes. When we utilize these machines and partner them with the talents that our staff has been blessed with, we can accomplish most of the creative projects you need to complete. Check out this Barn that we did! The structure of the barn was good, but needed a little refreshing. After talking with the owner, we came up with a plan to keep the same feel of the bar, the same function, while having reduced maintenance. We offer many different colors in custom Powdercoating options. The most common of which is black however, hot dip galvanize is a very popular choice. Hot dip galvanized protects the metal from rust and wear and has a nice color to brighten up a barn.

We have a long narrow lot and during Covid for Father’s Day, we made a fire pit with large sandstone blocks and a fire ring in the middle. We placed this ring in the back of our lot. Up until the last year we used this fire ring for making s’mores and clearing brush. Then, last year we got a custom 16 inch smokeless fire pit with horseshoes inside the ring and a custom plaque on the outside. Since we got the fire pit, it’s the right size for us to put in our front yard for an evening and make a fire. Our kids have friends over to gather around the fire pit, neighbors stop by while they’re walking their dog to enjoy a glass of wine. Camping chairs are placed in the driveway, marshmallows are roasted and s’mores are prepared. This portable fire pit has been a fun addition to our neighborhood. To get started, you’ll need a great neighborhood to live. Then you’re going to need a custom fire pit from Des Eck Welding. Don’t just enjoy the s’mores in the fall, enjoy the entire outdoor fellowship season!

4 years ago the Bakos family had a vision. They started with a beautiful piece of land and a passion for horses. The passion turned into a desire for their children to grow up with endless opportunities. Now the family is showing horses on a few different circuits stretching as far as Tulsa, OK. As the addition of the barns was coming to a close they found them selves in need of stall fronts. Asking their farrier (Emery Stutsman), “who makes good stall fronts?” They started talking to David at Des Eck Welding and made a plan which turned into an order. Thank you for allowing us to be a part of your story. We love the family stories as we too are a family, working in our 30th year in operation. Well this one was an interesting project. A simple way to set bikes in order, while remaining elegant and adding to the clean landscape. Pinecraft Community Building gave us a wonderful opportunity to help keep the bikes organized when the groups come to engage in good fellowship!

Something that we have been kicking around is if we can make it work to provide a solution to those customers that need us to install as well. We know that you are busy chasing kids to this event or that, bringing horses in from pasture, working a 9 to 5. We know you are busy with all the “things”.
