Coenen Mechanical, LLC has been providing mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, fabrication, and engineering design services to industrial customers for over fifteen years. The company was started to provide mechanical services to pulp/paper, food, energy, and general industrial customers throughout the Midwest. We have grown the business and now also serve industrial customers nation-wide on machine instal

lation and upgrade projects involving piping and sheet metal work. In addition, we have become a supplier of pipe fabrication and skid mounted equipment for general contractors and customers across the country. Coenen Mechanical’s tradespeople are experienced in process piping (steam, condensate, air, gas, water, etc.), hydraulics/pneumatics, orbital pipe welding, and all other piping associated with industry. We have an R, U, and S stamp which allows us to construct and/or repair pressure vessels and tanks including condensate tanks, dryers, receivers, etc. Coenen is recognized as a preferred supplier for several well-known engineering/equipment suppliers including steam joints, heat exchangers, water/wastewater treatment systems, and steam/condensate systems. Our sheet metal group is capable of fabricating and installing ductwork, tanks, guarding, platforms/catwalks, and other specialty metal fabrications. Coenen Mechanical, LLC has moved to a 130,000 square foot fabrication facility in Appleton, WI. Our facility is equipped with Bridge Cranes capable of lifting up to 40 tons. The building has multiple bays 80 feet wide x 300 feet in length, with 40 feet of vertical clear span. The pipe fabrication shop is capable of producing over 2,000 pipe spools per month or 17,600 inches of weld in place. All work is performed by UNION craftsmen in a professional and safe manner in accordance with the risk control plan. Safety policy information and insurance certificates will be provided upon request. Coenen Mechanical, LLC is available for service work or emergency repairs 24 hours a day for your convenience. Coenen’s after-hours support can be reached at the main office extension and is ALWAYS answered by an actual Coenen employee, not a service that will extend your waiting period.
