A couple different replacements that we did for a couple customers in Fawn Lake. One was a double replacement with a Trane system. The other was a double replacement with a Bosch system.

Install of this new Lennox system for a customer in Stafford.  existing Trane. system was installed in 1988. We ran a new refrigeration line set on this job due to liquid line being too small on existing system. Used paintable line hide to conceal refrigeration Lineset.

A little before and after of the install that we did in Glennallen, Virginia. Customer had an existing 5 ton Goodman system we installed a new 5 ton, 96% two-stage gas furnace with hybrid heat pump and ecobee pro thermostat. We try to clean up the indoor the best we could. We added a intake fresh air pie, which was not there before we mounted it to a flush mount concentric kit.  system turned out pretty good compared to existing installation of system.

Installed this Mitsubishi floor mounted ductless unit today for a customer in Fawn Lake. This was installed in their sunroom. Job turned out pretty good. We did all the electrical wiring on this job from panel to disconnect. Installed surge protector. Installed some UV line set tape on partial of the line set. Thought we would give that a try on this one just to help prevent the sun from rotting out the insulation on the copper lines.

Here is a install that we completed today in Bowling Green. We installed a new Bosch 16.5 seer with variable speed compressor. This is a great little system.  for the entry-level price point you cannot beat the price and you get a variable stage compressor. This house was built in the early 1900s and this particular system will work great in maintaining temperature. Attached is a few pictures of before and after.

Replaced a 18 year old AC system today. Existing system was in very poor condition. Existing outdoor condenser was underneath deck with no proper clearances for system, performance or service ability. System installed in Port Aquia stafford.  Before and after pictures provided job turned out great.
