EMERGENCY: Local farmer reached out with a tricky situation, the final drive box mounting plate had bent due to loose and snapped bolts, causing the main duals to fall into the combine. The 1" thick plate was severely distorted and options were limited. With the help of the fantastic John Deere service techs we were able to get creative and get this machine back up and running. Relief cut in the plate and some heat from the torch, bent back into place and full pe*******on weld to maintain strength. An additional gusset was added on the backside to add an extra piece of support. Combine back in the fields!

MOBILE CALL: Farmer needed this fan mount repaired ASAP due to the lower tube being a vacuum system, planter would not feed properly. Mount welded back on with reinforcement added on back side, back in the field planting a short while later!
